Begin by attaching the handle to the lowest pulley and stand a few feet back from the anchor point. Holding the handle in both hands, lower body into a squat (maintaining a neutral spine with heels on the floor). At the top of the squat, pull both hands toward collar bone without shrugging shoulders. Remember to engage the core throughout the entire exercise!
