Philosophy
I believe in achieving dreams, challenging one’s own limits, training hard and becoming the best you can be. I also believe that you get what you put in: that the better your efforts the better your rewards will be. Every individual has to create their own success, nobody else can. Commitment and willingness to push your boundaries, to challenge which you know is achievable, are key elements to success. As a personal trainer, it is my responsibility and pleasure to guide and motivate individuals towards achieving their unique fitness goals.

My strengths include training individuals with specific goals, like losing weight, increasing strength, and individuals who are new to exercise or seeking variety in their current workout. I work well with any person who is willing to work towards her goals, who desire unconditional motivation and encouragement to reach new fitness, health and performance levels.

I love to hike with my dogs Lug, Lucy and Jack play softball and staying up late to read. I love having my nephews over to bake cookies, watch movies and having slumber parties. My favorite passion is to spend time playing, listening and learning from my 3 year old Lilo, new baby Cash and husband Craig.

Stephanie Boone
Philosophy
I believe in commitment to one’s self and that you should always pursue your dreams with all your heart. I also believe that health and fitness can greatly enhance a person’s quality of life. Each person has their own individual highest potential, and they should strive to reach that potential with no comparisons attached. As a personal trainer, it is my please to be a tool for you to use in reaching your highest potential through motivation, accountability, and fun, unique exercise sessions.

I enjoy making exercise enjoyable. For a lot of people, exercise can seem like a huge obstacle of even a chore. My strengths include making fitness fun, catering to each person’s individual needs, and providing a wide variety of exercises to choose from. I love watching people succeed with their fitness goals. I love getting everything I can out of everyday and not wasting any time. Life is too precious! I love to run, hike, read, and be in the sun. I also enjoy swing dancing and African dancing. My most cherished moments are walks with my husband, David.

I believe an active body is a healthy body, and a healthy body can help you to be the best you can be. I also believe in being a role model for our children and grandchildren. What they see, they know to be true, and seeing a strong woman role model with a healthy lifestyle is a wonderful message to pass onto our future generations. Hobbies and Interests
I’ve always been active: inter-mural sports; teacher of swimming and diving for the American Red Cross, YMCA, and University of Texas; Jazzercise which evolved into Hi/Low aerobics. Water aerobics is a passion of long-standing and I would love to share the benefits! Bicycling, hiking, and cross-country skiing with my spouse and dog are frequent past-times. Did I mention quilting and water color painting?!
