I believe in commitment to one's self and that you should always pursue your dreams with all your heart.  I also believe that health and fitness can greatly enhance a person's quality of life.  Each person has their own individual highest potential, and they should strive to reach that potential with no comparisons attached.  As a personal trainer, it is my pleasure to be a tool for you to use in reaching your highest potential through motivation, accountability, and fun, unique exercise sessions.

Noel Phillips
I firmly believe that the body cannot go where the mind has not been.  The mind and body are connected.  I love witnessing the realization of that connection; of seeing my clients creating and achieving goals they initially believed impossible.  Once the mind decides it can do something, training the body to follow is the next step.  I do not believe in cookie-cutter programs --each person deserves an individualized program to fulfill their personal goals.

Jennifer Hackenbruch
I believe we create our worlds from the inside out.  If we want to change the outside, we have to do the inner work as well. I integrate a mind, body, spirit approach and challenge my clients to do something different to achieve the life changes they desire.  Along with a client-centered program, I encourage my clients to imagine and vision themselves as if they have already achieved their goals.  If you can't imagine what it is you desire, how can it become a reality?
