alison laundrieAlison comes to Missoula from New York City. As a teenager Alison danced with the Wisconsin ballet Theater where she was first exposed to the Pilates method. She received her Bachelor of FIne Arts in dance from the University of Wisconsin-Steven Point. She freelanced in the theater arts world as a dancer, teacher, and choreographer and actors movement coach. She received her Pilates certification from the Physical Mind Institute affiliate in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Alison began teaching Mat and Reformer/Tower classes at The Women's Club in September, 2008. She is also available to teach private and semi-private mat and reformer classes.

 

 

 


Erika grew up dancing in Missoula and found Pilates while living in Seattle in 2001.  After studying as a client for two years she decided to change the hobby she loved into a career that is amazing.  She has been a STOTT Pilates Instructor training with Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrels for the last 7 years.  Erika offers an Intermediate and Advanced Reformer/ Tower Monday mornings at 9:30 as well as a "Tower of Power" class at 9:30 on Friday mornings. Erika is also available for private and semi-private sessions and the Director of TWC's Personal Training department.

 

 

 

 

Linda ParkerLinda is a native of Missoula. She began studying dance at the age of eight and attended the University of Utah's Ballet Department. She received her Masters of Fine Arts from the University of Hawaii-Manoa's Department of Drama/Theatre and Dance. Linda danced professionally for eight years with the Repertory Dance Theatre; touring nationally and internationally. She is currently an adjunct assistant professor at the University of Montana's Dance Department. She teaches Ballet, Modern and Pilates.

 

Linda helped The Women's Club establish their Pilates program years ago. She currently teaches University of Montana Health and Human Performance reformer classes as well as a Friday morning 10:05 mat class at The Women's Club.

 

 

 

Erin WhippErin moved to Missoula from Colorado and earned a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts from the University of Montana. She has been at The Women's Club for three years and also works at the front desk. She developed a passion for Pilates six years ago while searching for a remedy for back pain, and has since become a certified STOTT instructor of Mat and Reformer.

Erin loves spending time hiking and cross country skiing with her boyfriend and dogs. She has discovered that the strength and grace developed through the practice of Pilates has greatly enhanced all other areas of her life. Erin teaches a "Keeping it Simple" class on Wednesday evenings at 6:00. She is also available to teach private and semi-private mat and reformer classes

Kathy Argo is our newest Pilates instructor teaching reformer classes.  She was born and raised in Southern California and has 27 years of experience coaching volleyball at the collegiate level. For the last six years she has taught Pilates.  She is STOTT certified to teach mat classes as well as reformer classes.  She has completed coursework in Cadillac and Barrels as well as injuries and special populations. 

Kathy's style is informative yet comfortable, hands-on and designed to address individual needswithin the small group setting.  She has worked with young adults through seniors & witnessed the benefits enjoyed by those who practice consistently. We welcome Kathy to the Pilates Team!

 

As a teenager, Faith was introduced to Pilates by her Mom and she has been practicing ever since.  In 2009, Faith turned her passion into a profession when she earned her Mat Pilates certification with Power Pilates.  As a former ski and snowboard instructor, Faith understands the art of teaching and especially enjoys the challenges and rewards of teaching Pilates. Faith specializes in creating a positive environment for students to explore body awareness and a workout focusing on the classical methods developed by Joseph Pilates.

 Faith is currently in the process of a comprehensive apprenticeship with Power Pilates that will enable her to teach the entire Pilates program in both Mat and on the Pilates Apparatus.  Faith currently teaches Mat Pilates classes at The Women’s Club.

 

  Hannah Reisman is from Phoenix, Arizona.  She started practicing Pilates in the 8th grade in addition  to volleyball, soccer and softball.  She is currently a student at the University of Montana studying to   become an elementary education teacher. 

 Hannah loves living a healthy lifestyle and encouraging others to do the same.  "Healthy choices for a healthy life" is her motto.  She earned her Mat Pilates certification with Power Pilates and is certified to teach beginning and intermediate mat classes. Hannah currently teaches Mat Pilates classes at The Women's Club on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
