Strengthen your glutes and back with this duel purpose exercise! Set cable pulley at mid height to body and attach a straight bar before beginning. Hold bar in an underhand grip and step away from pulley. Maintain a strong core and upright posture as you lower body toward floor balancing on a single leg. Press through heel — back to standing — and pull bar towards torso once standing. Choose a challenging weight to counterbalance the pistol squat but still able to row with good form!
