Trainer Denise demonstrates a Squat Plus Curtsy using the TRX Suspension Trainer.
This move provides a cardio challenge along with the strength and agility moves that tone your lower body. Begin by holding the reigns of each TRX suspension strap. Lower into a squat position, making sure to keep knees square. Burst up with power, landing one foot behind the other for a second, curtsy squat. Burst up with power again, this time landing in your original squat position. Alternate footwork and — to keep knees safe — be sure they do not go past 90 degrees.
