Strengthen your inner and outer leg muscles while creating a cardio challenge by utilizing the BOSU ball. Denise, Certified Personal Trainer at The Women’s Club, demonstrates the BOSU Ball Quick Feet exercise.
Start with the BOSU on the floor in front of you. With arms close to body and core tight, glide to one side and land your forward foot on the BOSU, at a 45 degree angle.
