I have worked at The Women’s Club since 1989. In addition to Personal Training, I work at the front desk and teach aquatics and boot camp.

Eighteen years of Taekwondo have increased my confidence, assertiveness and self-awareness. In addition to sharing this confidence with my kids, spreading these qualities to all age groups has been especially rewarding. Weightlifting is also a passion of mine, and I can’t stress enough the importance of strength training as we grow older. My major accomplishment is my family. I’ve been married for 26 years and have three grown children.
