Denise Graef: Fitness and personal wellness have been a big part of my life. It is my passion. My greatest joy is to see a person achieve a goal and realize a dream they didn’t know was possible. My philosophy is to practice bio-individuality with each and every client. There is no “one size fits all” but every single client is unique. I work to find the best programing for every woman’s body, goals and life.

Paula Hofmann: I am a personal trainer because I enjoy helping women achieve/maintain their physical fitness goals. Physical fitness is one of the parts of the emotional and mental fitness triangle. Each helps the other achieve wholeness. Functional exercises help maintain and enhance daily activities. When the proper muscles are recruited, it’s amazing how much easier both chores and fun activities are!

Renee Crow: I am a personal trainer because I believe an active body is a healthy body, and a healthy body can help you be your best. I am a trainer because I believe in being a role model for our children and grandchildren. What they see, they know to be true, and seeing a strong woman role model with a healthy lifestyle is a wonderful message to pass onto our future generations. I love to show women that they are so much stronger and more capable then they assume they are. I love to use free weights, TRX and body weight movements (things that can be done in the gym as well as at home or the outdoors).

Bonnie Dotz: I have worked at The Women’s Cub since 1989. I worked at the front desk and as an aerobics instructor before teaching aquatics, and boot camp and most recently, personal training. I love holding classes at The Women’s Club and truly enjoy the women that I’ve trained and continue to train and teach. I have dabbled in many different certifications. In December of 2017, I tested and completed my fifth degree blackbelt in Taekwondo. Eighteen years of Taekwondo has increased my confidence, assertiveness and self-awareness. In addition to sharing this confidence with my kids, spreading these qualities to all age groups has been especially rewarding. Weight lifting is also a passion of mine, and I can’t stress enough the importance of strength training as we grow older. My major accomplishment is my family. I’ve been married for 26 years and have three grown children.

Sandy Ammons: I am a personal trainer because I love to move and help others learn. Physical activity is part of living well, and we benefit from the fun and the strength we get from regular activity, whether it is simple or more strenuous and athletic. Doing these regularly improves our skills, our mood, and gives us more energy to meet goals, not to mention keep up with our children! Our bodies are designed to move, and I am excited to share my passion and knowledge as a personal trainer at The Women’s Club to be able to help you stay active, reach your goals and have fun doing it. My job is to help our members thrive.
