Ramp Up Your Plank with a Stability Ball

Trainer Lacy demonstrates how to use a stability ball to practice planks with a little support until you’re ready for the full move.

First, she starts with a walk-out, which helps tone the whole body in one, low-impact move. Then, she adds a push up. You can modify and up the intensity by adding a pike move to tone even more.

You can train with Lacy. New members receive 3 sessions of personal training for just $99. Email Layna to schedule your free consult today.
