The Triceps, or back of the arms, are a challenge area for many women. To tone triceps without shoulder strain, try the Cable Machine. Standing almost directly underneath the pulley, she grasps the split, braided rope and sets elbows close to her sides. While maintaining still upper arms and relaxed shoulders, she extends her arms toward the floor (making a small v shape before returning hands back to start).
