Trainer Layna demonstrates a full body strength workout with this one move on the Queenax.
At the corner of the Queenax, set a mat out and bring the Torso Trainer to the floor. Facing the anchor point, recline body into boat pose. Open chest up as you pass the bar from hand to hand pressing from the shoulder. Maintain steady hips and a tall neck. Repeat for up to a min. To modify, rest heels on ground or vary the height of your feet from the floor.
