Small Group Training is all about RESULTS. It contains the three magic elements of any successful program:
- New exercises every session to keep your body adapting,
- Accountability of a small group who misses you when you’re gone,
- Tons of motivation you get from working out with a group of women like you.

Live life to the fullest! This program is designed with low-impact fitness workouts focused on functional fitness, so you can do more. Coaches guide you in the use of a variety of equipment to increase your strength and power.
High-intensity functional fitness! This program is designed to make you fitter, faster and stronger. Coaches keep you moving and leave you feeling like you slayed every session!
Queenax SHRED is a playground for fitness. Trainer Sandy Ammons focuses on high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and strength, to maximize results.
Members who are currently enrolled in virtual are welcome to continue to take bonus sessions with their equipment that they rented for the previous virtual season. Individuals who want to take a virtual session will have at-home options for dumbbells, Kettlebells, and box jumps. Non-members can join us for drop-ins.
