Trainer Alanna demonstrates how to get the benefit of planks without getting on the floor, using the TRX. Hold straps in each hand with feet and hands shoulder width a part. Slowly extend arms up
overhead maintaining body in a fixed plank position. Heels should come off the floor, pelvic tilt tight, and shoulder blades retracted to put focus on the trunk of the body. Standing further away from anchor point will lower intensity of exercise. Ramp up by starting farther and farther from the center anchor point.
