Lindsey joined The Women’s Club to connect with other women on their journey to health and wellbeing. A personal trainer in training, Lindsey finds TWC motivating and a creative place to facilitate her learning. With her busy schedule taking care of two little ones, she still finds time to get in five days of exercise a week, including a variety of strength training, HIIT, Barre, and Pilates classes.
Lindsey’s favorite class is the Queenax Shred (small group personal training) which features specialized attention and a new, fun piece of equipment to challenge the body. Feeling and looking good, along with the desire for long-term health, makes Lindsey an inspiration for women at any stage along the fitness journey.
