Walkout with Push-Up Can Be Done Anywhere

Bodyweight exercises are easy to do anywhere and can improve the body’s overall natural function. Bonnie, Certified Personal Trainer from The Women’s Club, demonstrates the Walkout with Push-Up.

From a standing position, place hands on the floor and walk the body out into an elevated plank stance. Complete 1-3 push-ups, kneeling or traditional, and then push hands back towards feet in order to stand. Complete exercise as fast as possible. Focus on core and upper-body stability. The Walkout with Push-up can be done at the gym, on vacation, or even at home!
