From a standing position, place hands on the floor and walk the body out into an elevated plank stance. Complete 1-3 push-ups, kneeling or traditional, and then push hands back towards feet in order to stand. Complete exercise as fast as possible. Focus on core and upper-body stability. The Walkout with Push-up can be done at the gym, on vacation, or even at home!
