Wall Ball Squat and Press

Trainer Aaron demonstrates how to level-up your medicine ball workout.

In this exercise, the power comes from the legs, so be sure to spring strong out of that squat. The upward toss will also work your core and shoulders. Bonus double-dipper workout, as this can become a cardio boost with longer repetitions.
